Refunds in the Red App
It would be helpful if we could issue refunds to customers in the Red App. As of now, you cannot run a negative amount on a credit card through RFMS Red App.

I just discovered this also. Obviously this renders RFMS Mobile Order Entry incomplete for the simplest POS transactions. Please teach us how this is accomplished as I'm sure it exists and we just haven't been trained.
