Chats Thread in Dashboard

It would be nice to have the option to have a place in the CRM Dashboard to show all of the chats available at a glance just like a phone's texting app.

  • I don't see how we can really use this chat function without losing track of responses. You have to go all the way into each lead and look at the chat tab to see if there's a message. Notifications on the Dashboard get buried too fast. Better to just use your phone to send the quotes (and then never be able to walk away from work while at home.)

    Also hyperlinks are dead in the chat and you are unable to copy & paste. This needs a lot of work on the basics to be useful.
