Viewing Quotes that have been measured

There should be an option to view a quote without clicking the link. An estimator needs to know what a customer will see when looking at the quote. He needs to make sure that he has all the correct boxes checked or unchecked. So currently, there is no way for him to check without clicking the link and viewing the quote which then sends the notification that the quote has been viewed. Having that notification is handy to know when your customer is viewing it or if it's been a few days and the customer still hasn't viewed it, then a follow up would be pertinent. Unfortunately, that particular notification feature is useless to us. Whenever we get notified that a quote has been viewed--it's because the estimator is checking it to make sure it looks proper...Not sure if this should be a RMobile feature or a CRM feature, but it should definitely exist somewhere.
