Copy & Paste from Comments
It should be possible to copy comments (after they've already been entered) and paste them into comments or private notes from different, but related opportunity. It seems like such a little thing, but it would make my life a lot simpler.
EX) I have an opportunity for a customer is who is getting flooring done and another opportunity for the same customer for having the carpet cleaned in another room of their home. I have comments entered in the first opp, to please schedule in accordance with the carpet cleaning. I then should really put a comment in the carpet cleaning opp to please schedule in accordance with the flooring install. It would be easy if I could just copy the comment from the first to put in the second.
This is a simplified example. I have had a more complicated situation where there were details of one opportunity that should have been coordinated with the other and then had issues because the details weren't in BOTH opps.
