Payment Details in Customize PDF

We sometimes need to print a "receipt" for customers present in our retail showrooms. The customers want to see details of past credit card transactions. This detailed information is available in the Share screen, which can be sent as a MyFlooringLink, but this is not convenient for printing.

We would like to have this same payment information available in the Customize PDF screen so it is easily printable. A mockup screenshot is included below.
