CRM Chat Notifictions
It would be nice if we could get a chat notification by email since we can only use the chat through a tablet.
Also need notifications on the tablet/phone to come through on the Home Screen.
I’m scared to use the chat feature since I never know when someone has responded and I don’t want them to be ignored.

Yes i agree chat notification pop ups stack on one another and only stay up briefly. Time sensitive ones can be easily missed.
Completely agree. This feature is great, but its too easy to miss customer notifications. The little red chat icon seems to disappear before I've even looked at the chat.
