CRM Chat Notifictions

It would be nice if we could get a chat notification by email since we can only use the chat through a tablet.
Also need notifications on the tablet/phone to come through on the Home Screen.
I’m scared to use the chat feature since I never know when someone has responded and I don’t want them to be ignored.

  • Yes i agree chat notification pop ups stack on one another and only stay up briefly. Time sensitive ones can be easily missed.

  • Completely agree. This feature is great, but its too easy to miss customer notifications. The little red chat icon seems to disappear before I've even looked at the chat.
