Block scheduling

We will not be able to utilize the calendar to schedule measures in the CRM app. It would be extremely helpful if we could schedule measures in blocks of time. For instance 9-12am, 12-3pm, or 3-5pm. Each time slot can accommodate 2-3 appointments. I would love to use the calendar in the CRM and utilize its text reminders of the upcoming measure appointments but it will be misleading to the customer and confuse the customer. Is my measure scheduled for sometime between 9-12am? or at 9am like the text says?

  • I 100% agree!!

    We are a large retailer, moving to CRM and scheduling these measure blocks of time is extremely cumbersome. 

    Please fix the scheduling time from 1 hour, to flexible times in the front end of Scheduling Measures.

    Having to go back in, and fix the times is time consuming and people forget to do it.
