RFMS experienced a temporary outage for API services associated with a TPD account. The outage was approximately 16 hours starting late Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023, and ending early Thursday, August 24th, 2023. Any API request made by a TPD account would have received a 403 Forbidden response from the RFMS API.
The outage was caused due to RFMS publishing a security enhancement that did not properly account for TPD accounts. Measure will be taken to ensure this does not happen again in the future.
