How to Adjust Price of a Line Item – Apps

Make sure you are in edit mode of the quote or order. Then select a line item to edit. Scroll down the Line tab to the price section

A. Price Level

Use the dropdown box to set the price level. Price level options are limited to your RFMS User Options.

B. Unit Price

Unit price is pre-populated when you import product information however, this field is still editable.

The unit price can also be locked. If this option is selected the option for a fixed line total will become unavailable.

If you are editing an unreferenced line, then you will need to enter the unit price manually.

C. Apply Price Level to All Lines

Tap this button to set all other line items to the same price level as the currently selected line(s).

D. Fixed Total

Checking the Fixed Total box will present you with the Line Total box. Edit the amount as needed.
