Mobile Work Orders Attachment Permission

Installers are always able to see any attachment they add to a job, however, header attachments from an order/claim can be controlled via this "Attachment" toggle in the Mobile Work Order permission dialog. If toggled off, the installer/field supervisor will not be able to see any header attachments from the RFMS order/claim except for the Measure Mobile/Desktop Installation Document.
