How to View and Restore Deleted Opportunites

CRM users that have administrator role permissions have the ability to view and restore deleted opportunities.

Opportunities are restored through the Search screen. In the top right corner is the Deleted Opportunities button, deleted_opportunites_icon.jpg.

How To:

  1. Tap the Deleted Opportunities button and locate the opportunity from the list.
  2. Tap the recover button, recover_button.jpg.

  3. Confirm the choice to Restore the opportunity. The opportunity will be returned to the stage of the pipeline it was last in.
