The CRM search screen allows you to quickly search customers or opportunities and filter the results.
A. Switch between searching opportunities or customers
B. View deleted opportunities
C. Choose to sort results by customer name, date, or salesperson
D. Enter search term. This can be customer name, opportunity ID number, or customer phone number
E. Enter a date range to search opportunities by
F. Select whether the date range is for the date the opportunity was created or last updated
G. Filter results by pipeline stage
H. Filter results by salesperson
I. Filter results by ad source
J. Create opportunity by searching or adding a new customer (if user permissions allow.)
